Full of surprises!
I really enjoyed this book... it captured my attention from the title and then the first page. All of the characters were so believable, it was like I knew them all on a personal level. I am not a pet person, but I could even imagine Shakespeare and his aging arthritic limbs. Sometimes the author's inner thoughts were too wordy and I found myself skipping to the next interactive character dialogue. The ending was a good surprise too. This novel had me from the the first page. I thought this book was in the Women's Fiction category and
